This was actually a last minute cake - I had the cakes in the freezer from a previous batter and I had icing left over from a cake I just finished - and I have a Bible study to go to tomorrow - so I got to make a Valentine's Day Cake! It's not perfect, but I think it turned out really good considering that it was last minute! :)
