My 2nd Castle Cake with a little improvement from the first. I did the towers a little bit different this time and liked the way it turned out. This cake was for twins, one prince, one princess. The smash cakes were all buttercream. The turrets were fondant covered ice cream cones. The towers were fondant covered cardboard tubes. Everything else is fondant accents or buttercream. I used the brick pattern impression pad and let me tell you I love that thing!
