I made this cake for my nephew's 10th birthday. He requested a chocolate cake with sledders so this is what I came up with. This is also my first time carving a spiral cake. The cake is covered with MMF with fondant sledders & sleds & snowman & trees. The snowman's arms are spaghetti. TFL
