Stunning. How did you get the trim around the scallops so perfect?

Hi all!...thanks for your positive comments!...I made the scallops with a products that I bought online at global sugar art. It's kind of a large scalloped cutter, more like a rigid ruler...they sell it in different shapes...I believe that it was part of a set that came with 4 different profiles...it's really easu to use!

The trim around the scallops was made with nothing but royal icing on a piping bag with a number 1 tip....and lots of patience!
