Three tier madiera cake - ten, eight and six, filled with raspberry jam and buttercream, undercoated with white chocolate ganache, and iced with Bridal Ivory sugar paste (fondant). The bride was great to work with,she knew exactly what she wanted, a very simple design, and the roses made of sugarpaste so her little boys could eat them!
