For my SIL's birthday, who loves this ice cream. The cake is cheesecake flavored, the filling is cream cheese icing, laced with strawberry fruit and graham crackers; the same for the "ice cream" on top of the cake. The cake is three layers (6, 7 & 8"), iced with cream cheese buttercream, and covered in fondant. Decorations are fondant and gumpaste. TFL
