My Parent's 40th Anniversary

Made this and drove 8 hours to El Paso for my parent's 40th anniversary! They loved it! Flavors were white with milk chocolate ganache, red velvet with cream cheese, pineapple and coconut with pineapple coconut cream cheese, and dark chocolate cake with chocolate chips and dark chocolate ganache.
