This cake was made as a surprise for the Groom who love the cartoon "The Grinch that Stole Christmas". The Bride sent pictures of a cake she loved and that's where the inspiration came from. She asked me to use some of her Grinch ornaments on the cake. The cake is Key Lime Cake with Cream Cheese filling, iced in Buttercream and all the decorations are made of Fondant. This was a hard cake to make, but it was a big hit at the reception!
