Thjis cake was made for a dear friend I worked with many years ago. She has very unique taste and had to have a unique cake. She chose Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese filling, iced in Buttercream and fondant accents. The limbs are painted with silver luster dust and have silver dragee accents and bronze and pink luster leaves. I usedd sanding sugar on parts of the cake to look like ice and used a gray sanding sugar on the limbs to sparkle. I love how this cake turned out!
