The driver is made out of 2 cookies back to back dipped in red chocolate and finished in chocolate for the mouth and eyes with white chocolate racing stripes. The headlights and tire centres are mentos. The tires are big ho hos covered in chocolate fondant and finally the track is chocolate graham crackers and mini donuts on the sides. This idea concept is right out of the book Hello Cupcake.
