This cake was taken from Hansen's book which I love; the recipes are excellent. The cake is spice filled with chocolate hazelnut and iced with italian meringue. The snowman and trees are made from colored candy melts. Coconut is sprinkled as snow. This will be the cake that I'll be making for family and friends this year.
