I wanted to use a great tasting chocolate icing as my grandaughter loves chocolate. Well, turns out its pretty soft, but I wasn't willing to give up taste for looks, so it's a little droopy in some spots, but the kids will think it's cute. We are celebrating two birthdays together, hence, the "two sided" cake.
