My First Cake
I made this cake in July 2004 for my brother's wedding. I had never taken any classes before. They were on a strict budget and I volunteered to make the cake. My family couldnt believe I made it, I used to burn anything I touched! Each layer was a different flavor.
the wedding was on a friday. i baked it wednesday evening, frosted it thursday and put the flowers on 2 hours before the wedding.
WOW! Great job for a beginner - I would have thought it was done by a seasoned pro.
