This is a carrot cake covered in cream cheese frosting and fondant icing, It is made to celebrate the graduation of my classmates and I as fully fledged midwives. :) There are 8 of us, each colour of star represents a different midwife and there is a star on their for each and every baby we delivered during our training. There are 351 stars.
