Ever since I say one of these here on CC I knew one day I would have to try it. I was really excited on how it turned out and so was everyone else in our mom's group toddler winter party. People thought it was a decoration and were very surprised when I cut into it. It was a chocolate and vanilla cake filled w/chocolate ganache and frosted with extra special butter cream (in recipes on CC) and covered in fondant. All accents and decor are fondant. Thanks to everyone who has done a snow globe cake as well as other winter cakes that helped inspire me.
