Thanks to Susan Carberry for the video to help me with this. I had an idea for a cake for my hubby for his bday, and came accross the video. This is my first "carved" cake. it is colored using luster/petal dust. the hook is real. I "borrowed" it from my sons tackle box knowing he hadnt had a change to put it to use yet LOLOL it was hard, but fun.
