Christmas Pointsettia Cake

Double chocolate cake filled with fudge filling and covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant pointsettias. This is how it started out at the kitchen before the almost 200 mile ride over highways that are being resurfaced to the event. It didn't survive. The buttercream literally slid right down the side of the top tier. The client was great. I just removed the top tier, reiced it and put on new dragees and put the cake topper pointsettia on the single tier. The client saved the top tier as leftovers and was just wonderful about it.
