This is the first of a few Christmas themed cupcakes I'm trying out - Chocolate truffle cupcakes topped by peppermint buttercream icing, topped with a peppermint candy! If you love the candy cane flavored hershey kisses, this icing is a dead ringer - very yummy! TFL! :)
