This cake was for my son's girlfriend. It's a 10" and she requested white cake with pineapple, pecans filling, iced in Bettercreme(she loves bettercreme!) the cake was actually delicious and people asked for seconds :) The flowers are gumpaste, first try at an open rose...actually, I started trying to make an anemone and it ended up like an open rose...lol!
