This was my first attempt at doing a multicoloured cake in a rainbow theme. I think next time, if there is a next time, I shall use gumpaste for the rainbows as they were hard to keep in shape a I was putting them on. The customer wanted the black plaque and silver writing, I think I would have done something a little different. I think it needs a lot more work.
