This was my first Birthday Cake! I had just finished with Wilton class 3. My granddaughter wanted a Little Meraid Cake and I had 4 days to come up with something, it was right after Christmas and all the Meraid stuff in town was sold out. So I made the castle out of fondant, and it was a hit!
