I'm not fan of chocolate cake but I prepared this one for my sister in law that came to visit me for Thanksgiving. I wanted to try working with chocolate and was pretty fun, need more practice but OK for the first time. Devil's food cake, chocolate-moca filling, covered with chocolate ganache, modeling chocolate flowers and stencil semisweet and white chocolate ring.
