I made this cake for my nephews 2nd birthday. Everything on the cake is edible. The Mcqueen on top is rice crispy and decorations are gumpaste and fondant. I also free hand painted all the figures. This was a challaging cake but I loved every minute of it. The cake was bottom- vanilla butternut with buttercream and mini chocolate chips filling and Top-Dark chocolate with a raspberry cream filling.
