It's a cake I was ask to do for a bike shop that my neighbour just bought. The design was inspire by the shop logo, I attach it wit this picture. The bike and ribbon are made of modeling chocolate and all other decorations are made of fondant and royal icing. It's a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling with cream cheese frosting under the fondant. Thanks for looking!
