Top tier is orange flavored cake with a cranberry icing filling and the bottom is a pumpkin spice cake with amaretto cream cheese filling. Everything is covered with MMF even the tree is MMF with cocoa powder. The leaves are gum paste, orange and yellow. The red leaves are an orange base painted red to be two toned.
