My daughter wanted tea cup themed cupcakes. My husband thought up the idea of using little candy canes as handles and I decided to caramelize some sugar and drop spoon onto a flat surface to make round flat tea-colored disks to make the cups look like they were full of tea. Cakes were cholocate with peppermint butter cream frosting.
