This is a Rainbow Cake I made for my friend Joanne for her Dad and her Niece's joint Birthdays. The two Unicorns symbolise Enchantment, Happiness and Hope. The bigger blue one is for her Father and the little Pink one is for her Niece. (The unicorns are done a-la My Little Pony). The cake inside is a 6-layered , vanilla-flavoured rainbow cake. It is covered with pure white topping cream and garnished on the side with Pink chocolate coated rice crispies.
