This is a koru inspired design for the 50th birthday of a Maori New Zealand lady. Client emailed me this picture - http://www.flickr.com/photos/bellacupcakes/5059533006/ which I took a little inspiration from. The topper is hand rolled fondant mixed with tylose powder. Koru fronds are rolled black fondant, also.
