I made this cake for my brother for his 20th birthday. The neck of the guitar is made out of wood and glued and screwed to the cake board. The body of the guitar is cake covered in fondant. I used real guitar strings and tuner knobs so in a sense you could actually tune the cake and play it. LOL My brother Loved it.
