I made this cake for a friends birthday. She is a cop who is quite the tom boy so we wanted to do something 'girly'. Since I had never done a topsy turvy cake I thought this would be a good time to practice! Unfortunatley I did not get a finished picture of this cake but it had a bow and ribbons coming off the top in white and lime green. Also, a wand, rings, tiara, and plastic beeded necklaces were displayed on it as well.
