I made these for my son's birthday! I noticed that using the Wilton candy melts is much harder than using the generic almond bark that I usually use for cake pops. The candy melts are just so thick still when they melt, not smooth and thin like almond bark. Anyway, after the cake pops hardened, I used a little bit of melted chocolate to attach the ears, which I cut from black modeling chocolate.
