I made this cake for my girlfriend's boyfriend's surprise birthday party. He loves poker so I went all out with a royal flush hand, poker chips and the cake topper, "All In!" made out of fondant & gumpaste. I covered the 3 tiers in black fondant with a green fondant inlay so that each tier looked like a poker table. He was very surprised!
