Great cake....what cutters did you use for the letters?

As I wanted the letters to be as close to the real thing as possible, I placed grease proof paper over a document which had the wording printed and then I used royal icing and flood work technique, allowed them to dry for a few days and then simply placed them on top.

BET THAT ONE WAS HARD WORK! LOOKS AWSOME :)
