nc fair cake

I got inspiration from Eviee from c/c. She made hers for her father from memories of childhood days. I grew up on a farm. I did all this. I loved her cake. Now , don,t compare my tractor with hers. lol! Hers is outstanding. I had to model this one up to 8 times before i was satisfied. My husband and son helped me along. I appreciate them both. Fondant covered board , cake ,etc. g/p tractor, figures, had a pattern for the wagon, from maisie parrish book, g/p hoe, tater digger and shovel, etc. i really enjoyed making this cake. I knew it would go great at the fair. I won a blue ribbon on this one. I alway put a pretty ribbon around base of cake to match something from cake. thank you for looking. I used , i think, fmm fence cutters and then cut the inbetween ones by hand and then made markings on all to make it look rustic.
