This cake was made in my cake decorating class. It's a chocolate fudge with Italian Buttercream, covered with chocolate fondant and decorated with chocolate fondant and modeling chocolate, piped with brown royal icing. All recipes by Toba Garrett. It was a gift for my mother-in-law, and my first perfect score in the class.
