I made this cake for my friend who was throwing a surprise salsa themed party for her boyfriend. The torso is made from a rectangle cake I trimmed and the breasts are made from the Wilton ball pan. I dressed the body with fondant and modelling paste for the little details on the bikini top. The little cherry is made out of gum paste. The sand is golden sugar.
