This cake was so much fun to make! It is a lemon cake with lemon buttercream icing but covered in fondant. I used to the Cricut Cake to cut out the 'Skittles" letters. Fondant on the board of course. Real skittles dumped out on the board. Groom's favorite candy. They also had packages of skittles scattered around the tables. The Rainbow was white fondant where I used food coloring to pain the rainbow on it. I am sure there was a better way but I couldn't think of one after I realized my airbrush machine was broken! Still cute
