Topsy Turvy cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She couldn't decide between Dora and Olivia so we had both! This was my first Topsy Turvy cake and the construction went fine but I had lots of problems with the fondant drying out. It was MMF that I made so I think I'll stick with pre-made from now on. Cake is Chocoalte Fudge WASC with raspberry cream cheese filling, chocolate ganache icing and fondant decorations. Dora and Olivia are made from modeling chocolate.
