This is a cake i made for my best friends wedding. she was married in cyprus but i made the cake for her party in the uk. The cake is a 12" fruit cake on the bottom, 10" Chocolate in the middle and an 8" lemon sponge on the top. The shells and star fish were made out of sugarpaste.

The middle tier had a shell texture to it but it not so obvious to see on the photograph. Everyone loved it!
