My friend asked me to make a poop cake but even for me, that was too much. So instead I made this. It was inspired from all other gross cakes posted here. Thanks guys for the inspiration. Inside the marshmallow fondant was a black forest cake. The yuck part there is melted Ferrero Rocher (best to give an extra crunch or melt a chocolate with rice crispies :)
