once again a wedding anniversary cake. but the 1st time the cake was for ME. for me and my husband. and for good friends who married the same day but one year later. 1st tier a vegan and glutenfree sacher cake, 2nd and 3rd tier non-vegan (spelt) vanilla sponge with tiramisucreamfilling. yam. fondant covered with selfmade caketoppers.
