I made this cake for my little cousin's 5th birthday! He requested a Lego cake and he wanted a "Space Man" on it. I got my inspiration from the many wonderful Lego cakes on this site, I love the ones that have Lego Men building a cake out of Legos... but since I need a "Space Man" I decided to have the moon built out of Legos! The cake is chocolate with chocolate chip cookie dough filling, covered with MMF. The Space Man and Flag are Gumpaste, all other decoration is MMF.
