Was asked to make this cake for the Valley Land Fund. Was half chocolate and half vanilla with vanilla buttercream and then covered in mmf. Cactus's are sugar cookies covered in mmf and then glued onto a stick with royal icing and the smaller cacti are made out of RKT covered in mmf. All the thorns are royal icing.
