I got this idea from a neon sign and thought it would make a really cute cake. Cake is Margarita cake, infused with tequila and filled with a Key Lime Margarita cream cheese filling. I used AmeriColor Electric colors to get the neon colors. Writing is done with royal icing. TFL!
