Butter cake with coconut custard filling and a vanilla bean cream cheese icing covered in coconut for a school Dessert Auction fundraiser... nothing too exciting., they wanted "homey" looking desserts. But it was my first attempt at making a dahlia. Was in hurry so I free handed all the petals, no rolling or cutters. I dont think it is too anatomically correct so to speak and not very delicate...but I was happy with how it turned out on short notice. TFL
