I made this cake for an 8 year old's Birthday, She always has a pumpkin cake. the base was cake coloured with green and orange food colouring and covered in green fondant. The pumpkin was made from a ball tin with the top and bottom cut off, I shaped the icing to look like a pumpkin and then painted. She wouldn't let anyone cut into the pumpkin, I forgot my camera so I'm waiting to get a photo of the inside someone else took.
