My first all buttercream cake, I have no idea how people get there buttercream sooo smooth. Triple chocolate cake with mexican vanilla buttercream. fondant and chocolate accents. Chocolate and I aren't on good terms, made the haunted house with dark chocolate and by the time I got to the car it started melting and then it became a blob... sigh It was for my husband's job potluck
