This two story estate took me 3 weeks to make. The gingerbread is covered in white fondant and scored to give a siding look. The roof is gum. I gave it a light sprinkle of water then sprinkled edible glitter to give a frosty effect. Inside is a living room, Kitchen and game room. The outside has trees, pinecones, rabbit, deer and cardinals.
