I'm oh so proud of this cake. I decided to try my hand at making chocolate ganache which I used to fill and cover the cake. Then after a quick chill and set I covered it with marshmallow fondant (homemade) and this is the most exciting part, I got it laid on without a rip or tear or fold. Love trying new things.
