This cake was a surprise for a groom who is a fire fighter. It was to resemble the grooms actual helmet. It was on a "coiled" hose cake, I loved making this cake and getting it to look like the actual helmet! He was totally surprised and loved it! The only thing that was inedible was the eagle spacer.
